Full University Professor assigned to the Drawing Department of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

Artist and researcher with activity focused on engraving, printing and art publishing.

Along with teaching at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, since 1986, he has taught courses and workshops at the CIEC Foundation (Betanzos, La Coruña); University of Huelva; Puertas de Castilla Cultural Center (Murcia); Ingrafica (International Printmaking Festival, Cuenca); Jaen University; University of Chiapas (Mexico); University of Antioquia (Medellín, Colombia), and Casa Falconieri, Centro di Sperimentazione e Ricerca (Cagliari, Italy).

As an artist he has held fourteen solo exhibitions and more than three hundred group exhibitions in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, England, Belgium, Germany, Lithuania, Egypt, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia, Panama, Cuba, United States, China, Taiwan, Japan and Thailand.

His works are in museums and collections in Spain, Belgium, Italy, Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, Egypt and Taiwan.

Hortensia Mínguez


Professor (PPL) of the Department of Drawing and researcher attached to the Center for Art and Environment (CIAE) at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). Her production is linked to the field of graphics and the production of artist books. She works around themes such as the recovery of cultural memory and concepts such as the border and the fold as liminal spaces.

She has exhibited in hundreds of exhibitions in Argentina, Spain, Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Canada, Taiwan, USA, Serbia, Russia and Mexico.

Some of the spaces that she could name are: the National Museum of Fine Arts (INBA), the Sinaloa Art Museum (MASIM), and the Mayan Museum of Cancun in Mexico; the Cloister of San Agustín Museum in Colombia; the Taipei Art Museum and the Grass Mountain Chateau in Taiwan; the Museo da Guarda in Portugal; the F.A. Art Museum Kovalenko in Russia or Baskins Visual Arts Center in the USA, among others.

Sören Meschede


Sören Meschede (Stuttgart, Germany, 1976) is a cultural manager and curator. In the field of graphic arts, he worked as coordinator of the Carmen Arocena Award and the Descubrimientos Award of PHotoEspaña.

His work as general coordinator of Concomitentes since August 2018 and previously at hablarenarte until July 2018, reflects his commitment to the creation of platforms of national and international scope that promote the interconnection of cultural professionals.

Editor of the compendiums Impossible Glossary (2018), and Mutaciones en el espacio público (2021), Meschede has contributed significantly to the reflection on collaborative artistic practices in Spain.
